Join us for a transformative Temazcal Building Workshop & Ceremony led by the esteemed Maestro Laurencio, a traditional curandero from Mexico. This immersive experience takes place in the tranquil, wooded hills of Southwest Mississippi, offering a serene retreat to reconnect with ancestral traditions and honor the Earth.


What to Expect

This unique, hands-on workshop will guide you through the sacred process of constructing a temascal, an ancient sweat lodge used for spiritual healing, purification, and connection to Mother Earth.


Learn Traditional Building Techniques

• Work with natural materials to construct the Temazcal.

Dive Deep into Sacred Practices

• Explore the spiritual significance of the Temazcal.

Your participation supports the preservation and sharing of sacred Indigenous traditions.

• Pay in Full by July 31st: $1,500 (does not include travel, food, and hotel/sleeping accommodations)

• 4-Month Payment Plan (Pay off by July):  $375/month

Accommodations

$1,500 includes the workshop, and the Temazcal ceremony.  It does not include travel, food, and sleeping arrangements.  If you fly in, fly to Jackson- Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport.  Jackson is about an hour away from the location of the workshop.  You can catch a Taxi or rent a car to get to the land.  There is an Enterprise Rental about 15 minutes away from the workshop.  There is also an Amtrak station about 20 minutes from the location of the workshop.  

Though the land is in a rural area, the town (Brookhaven) is about 12 minutes away.  Brookhaven is a cute, quaint town. There is a Walmart, a movie theater, a laundromats, restaurants, and plenty of stores.  New Orleans and Baton Rouge are just 2 hours away if you want to go on excursions.
